Metro Area Luxury Homes is a "Kurt and Sheila" creation designed for use by home buyers and sellers that have bought and sold a home before and need less information about first time home buying than our other site provides. Many visitors to this site may also be looking for investment properties, second homes or maybe a special home for a member of their family.  Our expertise is finding that one of a kind home that may not be as easy to find as searching a real estate website.
Because of our experience with purchasing foreclosures, we have relationships with local lenders that make us aware of distressed high end properties with their builder clients and in their portfolio of home loans before they are forced to foreclose. Often times these deals are perfect for our cash buyer clients.
This site is still in it's infancy but it will soon feature search areas for high end luxury homes (lake properties, mountain properties and high capacity single family homes) as well as luxury rental properties. Now is a great time to find a great deal on a well located, well appointed home or condo to rent in Buckhead, Midtown, Fulton or Dekalb.
Furthermore, we can also help experienced and beginning real estate investors find great deals on cash flowing properties. We have several investor clients that we have helped by 5+ homes since the first of the year. Everyone of these properties were bank owned and cost less than 60% of current market pricing.
