Not to mention, wouldn't it be easier to call and/or email one agent for availability information. We ask for a 180 day commitment to our FREE service. You can cancel at anytime. The seller pays our commission so our service is free. See below to sign the VIP Buyer Agreement.
3. Let us give you true VIP service. We show you properties on your schedule. We automate the notification process of new foreclosures and great deals as they hit the market. *Homes under $100,000 are not eligible for the home warranty. If the Seller will not provide the home warranty as a negotiated item in your contract, Kurt and Sheila will provide the 1 year warranty at their expense on eligible properties.
